Standard Recipe :

• Hydrogen Peroxide ———————— 3-5%
• Sodium Silicate —————————– 2-3%
• Caustic Soda ——————————– 0.3-0.8%
• Soda Ash ————————————- 0.6-1.0%
• Wetting Agent ——————————- As Required

1. The Chemical are dissolved in a mixing tank

1. Transfer to the Kier

1. Required Water added to fill one third of the Kier

1. Material are fed

1. Water added and kier is half filled

1. Steam on to raise the temp from 40-60ºc

1. Raise the temp. 70ºc (Steam turn of 10 Min)

1. Raise the Temperature to 80ºc

1. Raise the temperature at 110ºC ( At which the bleaching is completed)
